Ceramics by Saija Halko

Saija Halko is a Finnish ceramicist and designer who specializes in handmade, small-scale everyday ceramic objects. In the images, we focused on randomness and the beauty found within it. Instead of striving for perfection, we paused to embrace imperfection and give it space. This allowed the images to focus on materiality, as well as carefully considered forms and colours.
